Refund policy

RETURN POLICY- No returns after 45 days. An RMA (Return Merchandise) number must be issued by PCR. PCR will issue a UPS return label via email for all returns (no exceptions) NO COD’s accepted. Each RMA will be assessed a $25.00 restock & processing fee + 3% credit card refund fee (the 3% fee will be waived if the refund is left on the account). Special order, non-stocking and custom-built products are non-returnable. ALL RMA’s aging past 30 days will be charged to the credit card on file for the RMA UPS return label, including but not limited to item’s shipped and shipping fees. PCR has the right to refuse any return received w/o an RMA. used or damaged.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY – PCR makes no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other kind with respect to the goods described in the document.
DAMAGES –  Any item damaged or shorted must be reported to PCR within 48 hours of receipt.
